REFINERY & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

1. Central Asia Refinery Project

• Capacity: 100,000 barrels per day

• Location: Central Asia – a strategic area for regional supply and export

• Logistics Support: Two oil tankers operating in the Caspian Sea under contract to serve product exports

• Timeline:

  • Refinery operation: Q4/2026

  • First tanker in operation: Q1/2027

2. Gulf of Mexico Port Project – United States

• Location: 300-acre port site at the Gulf of Mexico

• Capacity: Modular refinery with an expected output of 100,000 barrels per day

• Objective: Support port operations, domestic supply, and international exports

• Strategic Advantage: Enhance North American refining capacity and strengthen global supply chain flexibility
